Thoughts about the War 3-25-2003
|
| I believe that this war is the start of something much bigger. It seems to me that us being over there is causing a lot of the Arab Nations to feel like we're attacking the Muslim world. Not Saddam and his Regime. I also feel the issues with North Korea should have been addressed before starting this conflict. The Bush administration is making some terrible decisions. If we're not careful I feel this could be the beginning of World War III.

| I would feel more comfortable if the news would keep a lot of information to theemselves. For instance, family members should know first if something happened to someone in their family. We as Americans don't need to know who was killed or how many because it makes me feel upset. |
| I like the war coverage just the way it is so I can stay informed. Of course, the truth is that the war is a horrible last resort. But we all love our freedom here and other people deserve the same. Whether they know it or not.

| I would feel more comfortable with this war if more shelters and safe houses were made. There is not enough room for all of us. Our own town doesn't even have a big enough shelter for all of us to fit in.

| I wish for them not to show us everything that's going on in Iraq. They should show the people who have passed on but only after they have notified the families. I also disbelieve in our country allowing other countries to enlist in our military. |
| If it didn't say so much about the war all over the news, like what we're doing to them and what they're doing to us and what kinds of weapons we're using on them and the other way around, our country and theirs wouldn't have to worry about being killed. We should just kill Sadam and then kill Osama Bin Laden.
