Strong Wonderful You

Life can be very rough

Times can be very rough

But you’re strong

Remember that and go on…

When you are feeling sad and blue

So low, you don’t know what to do

Reflect and see how far you’ve come

And move on…

Gaze into the mirror

Look past what your eye may see

Look deeper,

Look into the strength that has helped you endure

The backbone that has seen you through

And continue on…

You are the person filled with hopes and dreams

Pull back your shoulders, lift up your head

Be proud,

You’ve made it this far…

Reach for the stars

Grasp your dreams and make them realities

The strength within you will see that this happens

If you truly want it to be, it will

Just keep going, keep moving, keep striving.

You are not only the maker of your dreams

You are the one who can and will make them come true
