Cooking for BESTWorks
A local teacher from Franklin County Tech and a couple of his senior students
are working with young adults from Franklin County. Two afternoons a week, students
learn culinary arts. Up to eight people go to the Tech School on Monday and
Wednesday afternoons. We learn knife skills, cutting vegetables, making meals
and fabricating chicken.
Chef Pike is a culinary arts teacher at the Franklin County Technical School.
