GED Practice Test for Math

Now that you have completed all of the units about math, you are ready to try the GED Practice Test in Math.  There are several ways, listed below, to take your test.  If you score above 450 on any of these tests, you can schedule to take your official GED test!  If you score below 450, it’s time to review any problem areas before trying another practice test.

Internet:

̃    Log onto your Home Space at http://litlink.ket.org and follow the links to the GED Connection, Math.  Under Practice Tests, select either “Math Test 1” or “Math Test 2” and complete it.  Remember not to take the same test more than once (don’t worry, we have plenty more for you to practice)!

Workbook:

̃    Complete  “Math Practice Test, Part I and Part II,” on pages 297-303.  Correct your test and share your results with your teacher.  Remember that you can use the calculator for part 1 if you need to.  Also, remember to relax!

By appointment with your teacher:

̃     Request an official GED Practice Test in Math.  You can take either a half-length or a full-length version of this test to confirm your readiness.
