Reading Journal Instructions

1. Three dated entries a month
2. Must identify the reading (and date published and author if possible.)
3. One entry per page
4. Entries must be at least six lines. One paragraph or more is best.
5. Each entry must also be recorded on your monthly point sheet with your instructor’s initials.

Suggestion: Take notes while reading and base your entry on your notes!
