Jane Goodall
This
story is about a woman named Jane Goodall. She loved animals. She started with
the Leakey family. Goodall went to Africa to find out about animals like
chimpanzees. She found out that chimpanzees make their own tools. She got
famous with that discovery. Goodall kept going back to find out more and more
about chimpanzees. She found out that chimpanzees are like human people.
They
rape female chimpanzees. They kill other male chimpanzees. Goodall went back so
much that the chimpanzees knew her. She played with them, fed them, and she was
good to them. The chimpanzees respect her and she respects them. Jane Goodall
is good to animals, and helps us understand ourselves by looking at animals in
a new way.
