Located on Rt. 5 & 10, just south (and down the hill) from the intersection with Rt. 2A (Main Street) we are right across the street from City Hall, which is a multi-route bus stop.

The Hall Building was built in 1813 as the first Franklin County Courthouse and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The building is currently owned by the Connecticut River Watershed Council
