Rounding

The place you are rounding to never goes down.  Depending on the number in the place to its

right it either stays the same or goes up.  IF that number is a 9 - and you are rounding up - it

becomes a ten which means that the number in the place to it's left goes up one.

When rounding to a certain place, look to the number in the place to the right.  If it is 5 or more,

round up.  If it is 4 or less - leave that number alone.  (Everything to right of the place you are

rounding becomes a zero.)
