April is the cruelest month

 

We read excerpts from The Wasteland by TS Eliot and discussed how seeing the structure of a

poem (or any piece of work)  can elucidate its meaning.

 

Davey from Women in Action Came by and lead us through activities to help us learn about safe

 sex and risk factors.

different kinds of diseases. How you can get them and ways to reduce the risk of getting them.

The context included the War Funding Supplemental and the current Gonzales "Justice

Department" scandal.
