The Basic Parts of a Percent Problem

Some algebraic equation manipulations (cross multiplication and reversibility of operations)

Percents are proportions with one term being 100.

Proportions can be written as equal fractions and can be cross multiplied.

We also solved a propotion problem based on similar triangles.
