Each student was assigned a chapter in the new history book to takes notes on and report back

to the class next week. This seemed to go well. We discussed what kind of facts they should

make note of and the kind of information that is not necessary to make note of.

Renaissance Holiday Dinner. Good food! Chicken Limonia, Spit roasted stuffed pork roast with

Egerdouce Sauce, Salad, Wastels (wheat rolls stuffed with sautéed mushrooms, garlic, onions,

and spinach) Mincemeat pie(made with meat and suet and fruits) and Rosy Almond Creams.
