Franklin/Hampshire Adult Basic Education Community Planning Assessment of Needs and Assets

This draft version of our Community Statement of Needs and Assets is a work in progress to be finalized by June 2003. We invite comment and correction, and are especially interested in ideas that will help us craft a final "Implications and Conclusions" section that will guide our strategic planning process. Your contributions will help us develop a strategic plan for delivering adult basic education services to the Franklin/Hampshire region.
